Q: When can I reach someone by phone in your Customer Care Department?
A: Our Customer Care Department is open from 6AM to 5PM Monday to Friday, 6AM to 10AM Saturday and 6AM to 11AM on Sunday.
Q: What time are newspapers usually delivered?
A: Newspaper delivery is completed by 6:30am everyday. Please call us or email us if you need your delivery earlier.
Q: What am I able to do on my customer dashboard?
A: You have the ability to add several delivery addresses, move your account, pause and restart delivery, submit billing inquiries, add new newspaper and magazines to your order, enter a delivery concern, make a one time payment on your account and submit an inquiry to a Mitchell’sNY Customer Care representative.  If you have additional questions, please give us a call at 800-662-2275.
Q: What should I do if my paper is wet, damaged or missing?
A: You can submit your request for a redelivery on your customer dashboard, call us at 800-662-2275 or email us at deliveryconcern@mitchellsNY.com. A replacement copy will arrive within two hours if contacted by 10AM.
Q: How will I know if my delivery is delayed or actually missing?
A: Register your account on our website or give us a call and supply us with your email address.  If for any reason we are experiencing major delays, you will be contacted via email.
Q: How do I get credit for a missed delivery?

A: Yes, please contact our Customer Care department at 800-662-2275 or email us at suspension@mitchellsNY.com and we will gladly arrange for this.
Q: I am moving, can Mitchell'sNY continue to deliver my newspapers and magazines?
A: Yes, on your customer dashboard you have the ability to enter your new delivery address and the date you would like to move as of.  You can also contact our Customer Care department at 800-662-2275 or email us at moving@mitchellsNY.com
Q: How can I get onilne access to a publication you already deliver to me?
A: Please contact our Customer Care department at 800-662-2275 or email us at info@mitchellsNY.com and we will gladly help you get setup.
Q: Can I order a back issue of a publication?
A: Yes, please contact our Customer Care department at 800-662-2275 or email us at info@mitchellsNY.com we will gladly check on the availability and pricing.
Q: Can I pay my bill online?
A: Yes, you can pay a one time bill online by logging in to your customer dashboard. We do not accept recurring payments online. 
Q: How can I update my recurring payment details?

Q: I would like to order some publications on an ongoing basis but I can not find the pricing?
A: At Mitchell’sNY we customize our service to meet our customer’s needs.  Please add all of the publications you are interested in, into your shopping cart.  Once you submit the shopping cart, one of our Customer Care representatives will contact you with a detailed proposal. We never start an account without following-up with you first.
