Questions About Your Delivery
At Mitchell’sNY, we provide a timely response to every customer inquiry. If your order was not delivered, or has arrived wet or damaged, contact our customer care team for immediate assistance. Our customer care department (800-662-2275) is open between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Mondays through Fridays), 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. (Saturdays) and 6 a.m. and 11 a.m. (Sundays) to answer any questions you may have.
We Accomodate Short Term Orders
Is a guest staying with you temporarily for a business trip or vacation? We are happy to accommodate special requests for short term orders.
